EXPLORING THE MIDLIFE CAREER CRISIS

A Guide to Navigating the Four Stages of Career Transition

 ABOUT THE BOOK

Career transition has become nearly perpetual at all ages and it's never been more evident for people in their midlife stage who have been thrust into crisis mode. Over the last few years, pandemic introspection led to quiet quitting which preceded the mass layoffs of 2022 and 2023. Support and hope exist for those willing to embrace a helping hand or lean on a listening ear. This book is an unfiltered story of Scott’s own midlife career crisis and his transformational journey from sports media executive to career coach. Readers can also tap into several case studies and accessible exercises that will empower you to define and achieve your dreams.
